We only collect information you give us or that’s necessary to operate our services:
• Contact information — name, email address, and (optionally) company or role when you sign up for our newsletter, download a resource, apply for a program, or purchase a product.
• Payment information — processed securely through third-party payment providers (Stripe, etc.). We never store your full credit card details.
• Application and form responses — anything you submit through our Typeform applications, contact forms, or program intake forms.
• Usage data — basic analytics like pages visited, referral source, device type, and general location. This helps us understand what’s useful.
• Cookies — small files that keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and power our analytics. You can disable them in your browser.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Send you the content, resources, or products you signed up for.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• Deliver our newsletter, program communications, and (occasionally) offers related to Muse Storytelling.

• We don’t track you across the web for ad retargeting outside of standard analytics and any advertising platforms we use for our own marketing (disclosed below).
