When and where is the event taking place?
The event will be held at the Otis Hotel in Austin, Texas from September 29th until October 1st, 2025. The AC Hotel is connected to the Otis and you can stay in either and still be onsite.

Is there a refund policy in case I need to cancel my attendance?
Yes, ticket transfers are allowed. Please contact our customer support team at least 5 days before the event with the name and email address of the person you'd like to transfer your ticket to. We'll assist you with updating the registration details accordingly.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I'm unable to attend?
Yes, ticket transfers are permitted. Please contact our support team at least 5 days prior to the event with the details of the person to whom you'd like to transfer your ticket, and we'll assist you with the process.

Will there be accommodations provided for attendees traveling from out of town?
While accommodations are not included in the event registration, we've partnered with the Otis and AC Hotel to get you a preferred rate with the ability to stay onsite where the conference is happening.. You can find more information about accommodation options.
